SCOPE OF THIS POLICY This Store Privacy Policy explains how Velora (“Velora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes personal data specifically in connection with purchases, payments, and transactions made through our official store, which is hosted and operated using Tebex and other authorized payment processors (“Store”).
This Store Privacy Policy supplements the main Velora Privacy Policy. For matters expressly addressed in this Store Privacy Policy in the context of store purchases and payment processing, this Store Privacy Policy governs. For all other data protection matters, the main Velora Privacy Policy governs.
This Store Privacy Policy applies when you:
Purchase Digital Goods, including ranks, subscriptions, cosmetics, or virtual currency
Use any Tebex-hosted checkout or payment page linked to Velora
Interact with payment confirmation, billing, or transaction verification systems
Receive store-related communications such as receipts or purchase confirmations
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your data as described in this Store Privacy Policy, Store Terms of Service and the main Privacy Policy.

All purchases are final once Digital Goods are delivered or made available, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Refund eligibility is determined in the following order of priority: (1) applicable consumer protection law; (2) the applicable policies of Tebex or the relevant payment processor or merchant-of-record; and (3) the Store Terms of Service
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent or abusive payment disputes, including chargebacks relating to Digital Goods that have been delivered or made available to their account, except where such disputes are permitted under applicable consumer protection law or cannot legally be waived.
Where a chargeback or dispute occurs, we may:
Suspend access to purchased items
Revoke Digital Goods
Restrict or terminate the associated account
Investigate fraudulent activity
These actions are applied only where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, payment disputes, or chargeback activity, or where required by payment processor rules or applicable law.
