Store Terms of Service
Last Updated: 7/16/2026
INTRODUCTION Capitalized terms used but not defined in this document have the meanings given to them in the Velora Terms of Service and Velora Privacy Policy, as applicable.
These Store Terms of Service ("Store Terms") govern purchases made through the official Velora Store ("Store"), including purchases of Digital Goods such as ranks, subscriptions, cosmetics, virtual currency, and other digital content.
These Store Terms supplement the Velora Terms of Service, the Velora Store Privacy Policy, and the Velora Privacy Policy. By making a purchase through the Store, you agree to these Store Terms, the Velora Terms of Service, the Store Privacy Policy, and the main Privacy Policy.
For how these Store Terms relate to the Velora Privacy Policy or Store Privacy Policy, see Section 1 of the Velora Terms of Service.
Scope of the Store
These Store Terms apply whenever you:
purchase Digital Goods from the Store;
use a Tebex-hosted checkout or payment page connected to Velora;
purchase subscriptions or recurring products;
receive purchased Digital Goods through the Service;
interact with Store-related support concerning purchases.
The Store is operated using Tebex and other authorized payment providers. Payment processing is performed by those providers in accordance with their applicable terms and policies.
Pricing, Payments, and Billing
All prices displayed in the Store are shown before checkout.
Applicable taxes, currency conversion, processing fees, or other legally required charges may be added during checkout depending on your jurisdiction and payment provider.
By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:
you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
the payment information you provide is accurate;
you are legally permitted to complete the transaction;
your purchase complies with applicable law.
Velora reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, technical mistakes, or incorrect listings before fulfilling an order where permitted by applicable law.
Payment processing is handled by Tebex and other authorized payment providers. Velora does not collect or store complete payment card information.
Delivery of Digital Goods
Following successful payment verification, purchased Digital Goods are generally delivered automatically to the account associated with the purchase.
Delivery times may vary due to:
payment verification;
fraud prevention reviews;
maintenance;
technical interruptions;
third-party service availability.
Digital Goods are typically delivered immediately following successful payment verification. In some cases, delivery may take up to twenty-four (24) hours due to payment verification, fraud prevention reviews, technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service availability.
If Digital Goods are not delivered within this window due to a cause within Velora's control, and the issue is reported in accordance with this Section, Velora will deliver the purchased Digital Goods as soon as reasonably possible or, where delivery is not possible, process a refund in accordance with Section 5, without prejudice to any statutory remedy available under applicable consumer protection law.
Users are responsible for ensuring the correct Minecraft account, Xbox account, username, UUID, or other required account information is provided before completing a purchase.
Velora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect account information supplied by the purchaser.
Where a technical issue prevents successful delivery, users should contact Velora support as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of the issue so it can be investigated.
Digital Goods License and Ownership
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all Digital Goods are licensed, not sold.
Purchasing Digital Goods grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use those Digital Goods solely within the Service and subject to the Velora Terms of Service.
Digital Goods:
have no real-world monetary value;
are not redeemable for money;
do not constitute personal property except where applicable law provides otherwise;
may not be transferred except where expressly permitted by Velora;
remain part of the Service.
Velora may modify, rebalance, replace, retire, revoke, discontinue, or remove Digital Goods where reasonably necessary for gameplay balance, technical maintenance, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operational requirements, or protection of the Service.
Except where required by applicable law, such changes do not entitle users to compensation or refunds.
4.1 Subscription Services
Where Digital Goods are offered on a subscription basis, the following additional terms apply in addition to the other provisions of these Store Terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the User in accordance with the applicable billing platform or payment provider policies.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time; however, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Subscription benefits remain active only while the subscription remains valid. If a subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated, associated subscription-based Digital Goods or access benefits may be suspended or removed at the end of the applicable billing period.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
Velora reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue subscription offerings in accordance with these Store Terms and the Velora Terms of Service, with notice provided where required by applicable law.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Payment Disputes
Except where required by applicable consumer protection law or the applicable policies of the payment processor or merchant of record, all purchases become final once Digital Goods have been delivered or made available.
Refund eligibility is determined in the following order:
applicable consumer protection law;
applicable payment processor or merchant-of-record policies;
these Store Terms of Service.
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks relating to Digital Goods that have been delivered or made available.
Where a payment is:
reversed;
charged back;
cancelled because of fraud;
determined to be unauthorized; or
otherwise invalid,
Velora may, where reasonably necessary:
revoke associated Digital Goods;
suspend access to purchased content;
restrict Store access or account functionality;
suspend or terminate the associated account in accordance with the Velora Terms of Service;
recover improperly obtained benefits where legally permitted;
investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
Nothing in these Store Terms limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Fraud, Abuse, and Store Integrity
Users may not:
submit fraudulent payment information;
use stolen payment methods;
abuse refund systems;
exploit Store bugs or pricing errors;
duplicate purchases through technical exploits;
manipulate payment systems;
interfere with Store functionality;
attempt unauthorized purchases;
intentionally obtain Digital Goods through deception or fraud.
Velora reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse and take reasonably necessary action to protect the Store, users, and payment systems.
Where fraud or abuse is confirmed or reasonably suspected, Velora may revoke improperly obtained Digital Goods, suspend Store access, or apply enforcement measures under the Velora Terms of Service.
Store Content Guidelines
Certain Store purchases may allow users to customize content, including clan names, clan tags, titles, prefixes, suffixes, cosmetic text, or other customization features made available by Velora.
Users may not use Store customization features to create content that:
violates applicable law;
contains hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or threats;
contains sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material;
impersonates Velora, moderators, administrators, staff members, or other users;
is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive;
infringes another person's intellectual property or other legal rights;
otherwise violates the Velora Terms of Service.
Velora reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to:
remove or rename prohibited content;
revoke access to customization features;
remove associated cosmetic content;
apply enforcement measures under the Velora Terms of Service.
Removal of prohibited content does not entitle a user to a refund except where required by applicable law.
Account Linking and Purchase Eligibility
Digital Goods are delivered to the account identified during the purchase process.
Users are responsible for verifying that all purchase information, including usernames, UUIDs, Xbox User IDs (XUIDs), or other identifiers, is accurate before completing checkout.
Digital Goods delivered to an account specified by the purchaser may not be reversible if the purchaser supplied incorrect information.
Velora reserves the right to verify account ownership where reasonably necessary before correcting delivery issues.
Support and Purchase Disputes
Users experiencing purchase issues should contact Velora as soon as reasonably possible.
When investigating Store issues, Velora may review information including:
transaction identifiers;
payment verification records;
delivery logs;
entitlement records;
Store activity logs;
communication records relating to the purchase.
Providing accurate purchase information may help expedite investigations.
Changes to These Store Terms of Service
Velora may modify these Store Terms from time to time to reflect:
legal or regulatory changes;
payment provider requirements;
operational improvements;
security enhancements;
new Store features.
Where required by applicable law, Velora will notify Users of material changes to these Store Terms through the Service or by other reasonable means before those changes take effect. Material changes will become effective upon publication or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Store after updated Store Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Store Terms.
